Our vegetable peptone portfolio consisted of soybean peptone. From now on, we have a wheat peptone, a vegetable protein hydrolysate derived from wheat gluten protein.
This new peptone is suitable for both microbial broth and solid culture media. Useful in applications where high clarity is not required.
